I love going to the Grand Canyon. We are leaving in two days to go there. That will be a lot of fun. Mom says we will have a lot of time to read when we're there. Two more days! We're going on Thursday. I am really excited!
Before we go, I will pack:
my new library books
toys
Gigi
some snacks
a bracelet
ALL my necklaces and clothes
coloring books & crayons
toothbrush
fruit snacks
some of that thing you use on your teeth (toothpaste)

Allie: I don't understand one of the things you are going to pack. How can you pack "Gigi"? Won't she get smashed inside your suitcase? I hope you all have fun at the Grand Canyon. And don't forget, "I'll see you "around" if you don't turn "square".
